Breakfast- some tuna with miracle whip on crackers
Lunch- chocolate south beach diet bar (really good) and two glasses of milk
Dinner- a salad with iceberg and green lettuce, olives, broccoli, red beans, chicken, feta cheese and Northern Italian dressing YUM!
Snack- 2 of the south beach diet bars...I tried not to eat them...
I also drank half if this disgusting burn calories drink called enviga (don't try it) and a can of cream soda.
