Well, as you know, I've been out of town for a week and there's no way I can remember all of what I've eaten or will I break it down even if I did remember. Well, I might if I had it written down somewhere but I don't. Anyway, I ate okay for the past week...other then the chocolate, the cheese cake (that I ate almost entirely by myself...I was stoned), and the half a pizza I devoured. I did walk around downtown Chicago for about two hours and Joan and I went on 4 fairly long walks while I was up there. Loren posted pictures of me from her birthday and my face is getting so pudgy again...that gave me a little motivation. Now that I'm back in KC tomorrow I'm going to go to the thrift store and buy a bike! :)
Today I've eaten a plate of spaghetti, two tiny bags of peanuts, and pesto pasta. Yuummmm... Oh and a Sprite, Mountain Dew, a glass of orange juice and a glass of grape juice.
...Now that I think about it I think it is actually going to bother me that I haven't logged what I've eaten for the past week and will eventually post it.
