11:03 - 1 bowl of frosted flakes
So, ... I didn't get to sleep until nearly 4:30, but I did watch half a season of Frasier. I did barbell exercises and 25 situps last night, and it's weird how doing something little like that can make a big difference. Mentally, at least. I woke up, and have little to no clothing left to wear. I'm going to do some laundry.

10 minutes on the elliptical. I feel like I'm gonna die, ... I am so out of shape, ...
16:58 - 1 grilled pastrami and farmer's cheese sandwich with honey bbq sauce, 2 english muffins with blackberry preserves and strawberry cream cheese, and a beer
23:22 - 1 bag of popcorn and another beer
My laundry's been in the dryer for nearly 10 hours now, ... I should do something about that.
