15:09 - 2 grilled turkey and bleu cheese sandwiches with thai peanut sauce and 2 glasses of white grape raspberry juice
17:54 - 1 Slimfast bar
I started lifting again today. I haven't done anything else, but my arms are sore. It's been awhile since I'd even thought about doing anything. 20 bicep and 20 tricep lifts at 40 lbs.
21:13 - 2 chicken enchiladas with mexican rice and 1/2 a kiwi strawberry soda
Wandering through the grocery aisles, I had to try it. Plus, the can was shiny.
22:17 - 1 Slimfast bar and 1 Propel
Lifted again. 20 bicep and 20 tricep lifts at 40 lbs.
