14:06 - Leftover chicken alfredo in garlic sauce, breadsticks, and 1 Propel

I packed most of my bag for the trip last night. Got everything together, anyways. It's not much, but I think I'll have everything I need.

21:15 - 2 Leftover enchiladas and 1 green tea

20 bicep lifts, 20 tricep lifts, 10 side dumbell lifts, 10 front dumbell lifts, 10 dumbell curls, 40 benches, and 25 crunches.
